Thank you for the reminder of just how important it is to listen at networking events - 2 ears and 1 mouth!

This is terrific advice Sharon. It's something I remind people to do at networking events. It's all about the other person and when networking you want to establish a relationship with the other person. I am reminded of the Epicetetus quote “We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.”

Great post, Sharon. I normally do work on the weekends too. But for this weekend...

Let's see...

Saturday, I spent the day with my husband in Eureka Springs.
Sunday, we recuperated from the trip to Eureka Springs.
Monday, I started walking. The trip to Eureka Springs told me I have let myself get way out of shape.

In between all of that I thought a lot about business and can't wait until those trips can be part of our lifestyle on a regular basis.

I did a little bit of writing, but not much. I took most of the time off and I do not feel guilty about it. :)

Thanks for sharing your weekend!

When I thought about the "stressors", you are listing, until some time ago I would have answered: nooo, I don't have that problem. But as I thought about certain aspects of my life, I realized: I am very confident in many areas, but not in all! I am very organized and then this organzing is time consuming.... What I want to say with this is that one has to find an equilibrium of being organized and not be stressed because of all the organization. Planning, but not get stressed, because of all this planning.
